My work comes from spending time inside real sales environments — not studying them from the outside.

When you sit close enough to the work, patterns become obvious. Where rhythm breaks. Where structure helps. Where isolation quietly erodes consistency.

I pay attention to those moments, name them clearly, and build environments that make sustained execution easier.

That perspective shows up in my writing, on stage, and in the operating environments I’m involved in.
